1 – Aristotle
Born in ancient Greece in 384 BCE, Aristotle was a renowned philosopher and scientist and considered one of the most influential personalities in history. The scope of his writings was very vast and most of the modern sciences and social sciences derive from some stage of his works. Although many of these theories have been refuted by modern research, he was responsible for creating differentiated disciplines where none existed and for shaping scientific research and thought. He was also the teacher of Alexander the Great, who, as we can see above, became one of the greatest emperors and conquerors in history.
